has been idle, Shut down your computer after it has been idle for some time,
Reboot, Lock the computer without logging off (keeps your windows session
running so that you don't need to re load everything when you log back in).

as doing any of the above actions.

After installation, Do This When Idle will
automatically load when Windows loads, all settings are saved as you set them
and the interface is so self explanatory that we don't include a help file. If
you no longer use this software, simply un install it and it's gone.
