It's a screen saver which shows you how many emails you have waiting on the first 5 account that you have set up with Speaking Email Deluxe (Speaking Email Deluxe can check up to 99 POP3 email accounts).

The screen saver features a dark blue background with spotlights in the corners of the screen. Then there's a graphical ball which moves around the screen displaying how many emails you have waiting. It changes accounts and position every 5 seconds. It takes up very little system resources and looks very good.
