SCREEN SHOTS
This is a screen shot of the main window, you can see
when the email was last checked, when it will be checked again and whether you
have an Internet connection or not. You can access all of the menus at the right hand side
of the main window.
If you're wondering what the dog is doing,
that's Max and he will talk! you through setting up as well as speaking to you
when you have emails waiting etc. As you can see, the main window is very easy to use
indeed. Starting from the bottom left, you have a Speak Clipboard button, this
will read out loud any text that you currently have in the clipboard. Then we
have the Check Mail button, this will check for any email waiting on your POP3
mail server. Then the minimize button simply hides the main window when it's not
in use.
Here you can see the settings window. You can alter
many aspects of Speaking Email Deluxe in this window. All of the important
settings are in this window.
Now we have the Character window. You can alter many
aspects of the characters actions and voice using this window.
Now you see the Send Mail window. From here you can
send quick emails to people. You write the email, just as you would any other
and then click on Send. You can also send faxes from this window, using the FREE
tpc fax server (you don't need to know anything about that, it's all automatic).
Just enter the full International fax number in the TO box and then Send button
will turn in to Send Fax. Like wise, if you enter an email address, it will turn
in to Send Mail.
Now for one of the most interesting features of
Speaking Email Deluxe. The Repeat feature. This window will basically repeat any
text that you type in. You can also click on the buttons at the bottom to make
the characters voice change. You can emphasize his voice, make him whisper, make
him sing and then make him normal again. BUT!! then you can send this whole
script as a Speaking Email (tm) to anybody in the world, who has MsAgent
installed and has the same character installed as you are using.
Finally, we have the Online time logger. This
keep an eye on your Internet usage, showing you the time this session, this
month and this year
